Arbuthnot Yon are working with the UK division of a global business seeking to appoint an experienced commercial lawyer for a period of 9 – 12 months for a fixed term contract leading on strategic commercial contracts.
Commencing in April – June until April 26.
This role is hybrid in West Midlands HQ – 3 days in the office.
You will form part of an established and collegiate team with the key focus on advising on, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts from procurement to customer facing supply and distribution agreements. You will also get involved with wider a range of legal issues including intellectual property, information technology, governance and compliance areas.
We are keen to hear from commercial lawyers with at least 7 years commercial contract experience as well as more experienced lawyers. You will be joining a friendly and colleagiate legal team and you will have lots of interaction with the legal team and wider business. The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, including the commercial teams and senior stakeholders is a must.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible but in June at the latest and to work on a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) basis.
This position can be undertaken on a hybrid basis at the HQ in the West Midlands.
