We’re working with a market-leading logistics construction company with a £1bn turnover and a 600-strong workforce, in their search for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the organisation’s experienced sole lawyer, gaining exposure to a broad range of construction and B2B commercial contracts, helping to support the continued growth and innovation of the business. The Role: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of construction and commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners. Working closely with stakeholders across all areas of the business including sales, operations, procurement, and finance. Advising on contractual risk and supporting commercial decision-making. Helping to embed a strong legal and compliance culture across the business About You: A qualified UK lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE , ideally with solid experience in construction and commercial contracts. In-house experience is welcome but not essential — more important is your ability to work autonomously, build relationships, and communicate effectively at all levels.
