We are partnering with an international, alternative asset manager which is in growth mode. This business is an established presence in the pan-European private credit arena, with expertise across direct lending, working capital, infrastructure and real estate.
In line with their current growth strategy, they are looking to hire a junior lawyer (NQ+) with private funds experience to join the London legal team and who will report directly to the General Counsel.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to acquire broad, hands-on exposure in a dynamic, alternative credit platform and receive mentorship from experienced, senior legal professionals from the outset.
The successful candidate will:
- Actively take part in the structuring of funds, from inception through to execution;
- Assist with regulatory analysis on various business strategies and wider governance matters;
- Support the legal team on more granular, commercial documentation that complements their funds offering as well as taking a key role in strategic, corporate initiatives, which may be firm-wide scope.
The successful candidate will likely be pragmatic, commercially-minded and be able to advise a business with a problem-solving approach and mindset.
