Arbuthnot Yon is working exclusively with a listed global business to appoint a Legal Counsel to join its large, well-established in-house legal team. We are keen to hear from bright newly qualified lawyers with a strong teamwork ethos and a commercial background who are either:
- looking to make their first move in-house
- seeking to further develop their in-house careers
The Role
Reporting to a Senior Legal Counsel, you will:
- Advise on, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts — from procurement through to customer-facing supply and outsourcing agreements
- Work on a significant stream of IT-related contracts within a rapidly evolving retail and technology landscape
- Support on broader legal matters including data privacy, third-party arrangements, and intra-group agreements
