Asset Alliance Group (AAG) is a subsidiary of Arbuthnot Latham which has been associated with Banking since 1833. AAG serves the commercial vehicle, bus, coach, and general asset finance sectors with tailored award-winning lending, contract hire, rental and finance packages. It is a full-service finance and leasing business. Asset Operations Assistants are required to assist with the day-to-day preparations of vehicles / assets including preparation of used sales stock and maintaining a rental line, with an expectation of engaging with both customers and colleagues, to ensure we achieve an optimum sales stock and rental fleet utalisation.

- Greet customers or agencies returning rental or used sales vehicles.
- Conduct thorough check-in inspections, documenting all relevant asset information.
- Capture and record any damages with photographs, in line with company and BVRLA standards.
- Update the vehicle movement log to reflect asset status and location.
Out-Checks
- Greet customers or agencies collecting rental or sold vehicles.
- Perform detailed check-out inspections, ensuring all asset details are recorded.
- Photograph and document any pre-existing damages.
- Update the vehicle movement log accordingly.
Yard Movements
- Relocate vehicles within the yard to optimise space and access. xgikmsk
