Our unique business model enables us to take complete ownership of regulatory compliance issues relating to ecology and biodiversity net gain, trees and landscape services, while offering world-class responsiveness and pragmatism. In recognition of how far we’ve come, and how much further we want to go, in September 2024 Arbtech partnered Celnor Group, a TICC-consolidator backed by private equity firm, Inflexion. Our service lines are: Biodiversity net gain Ecology surveys and mitigation Protected species licencing Arboricultural reports Landscape design and impact assessment We have ambitious plans to continue growing our business in the following sectors, and are seeking to appoint a Strategic Advisor/Independent Director to assist with our growth plans: Housebuilding and land promotion Infrastructure Planning and development for renewable energy and commercial clients Location: Remote / London Time Commitment: 1-2 days per month Remuneration: £1,000 per day Option to participate in an incentive share scheme subject to performance thresholds being met. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with introductions to help Arbtech develop new business opportunities by connecting the dots for those we could serve in built environment sectors and the unique, added-value of our service offering. Qualifications and Experience: 10+ years as a decision maker, agent, advisor or manager in the planning and development sector. Well-connected in the housebuilding, infrastructure, or planning and development sector, with the ability to help our business grow its client base through introductions in your network. Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with the inner workings of planning and development sector clients, such as land, technical and planning teams at large land promoters, FTSE and social housebuilders, and infrastructure, renewable energy and commercial development clients.
