We are currently seeking a part-time Legal Cashier with solid law firm experience. You will be processing office and client account transactions, disbursements, handling trust receipts and payments, trial balances, bank reconciliations and producing management accounts for the Directors.
You will have proven legal finance experience, thorough knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, and solid familiarity with office and client account processes.
Legal Cashier duties and responsibilities:- Recording income and outgoing payments
- Paying invoices
- Banking
- Inter account transfers
- Bank reconciliations
- Producing financial reports for management
- Managing accurate records
- Taking debit card payments from clients over the telephone
The starting salary range is dependent upon experience. We offer a generous annual leave allowance.
