We are a well-established High Street Solicitors in Goring by Sea, Worthing
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant/Secretary to join our busy, expanding and friendly team.
In this role, you will primarily support a busy Private Client Solicitor to ensure the smooth running of the teamβs day-to-day operations.
You should be confident liaising with clients and colleagues, well organised, able to prioritise your workload and happy to take the lead on tasks in order to best support your department and team.
Duties will include:
- Providing full secretarial support including some digital dictation to produce correspondence and other documentation related to Private Client matters.
- Fast, accurate typing using case management system (LEAP). If you are already familiar with Leap that would be helpful, although not essential as training will be provided.
- Opening files on case management system.
- Carrying out identity checks.
- General team administration including photocopying, filing and scanning.
- Taking telephone calls from clients and attending clients in reception area.
We anticipate the role will be part-time, salary is subject to experience.
