We are a well-established Law Firm in Worthing, situated approximately 12 miles from Brighton and 16 miles from Chichester.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Practitioner to join our busy team.
The role will involve managing & developing your own caseload which will cover all aspects of Private Client work e.g. wills, trusts, probate, LPA’s, administration of estates.
Ideally you will
- have a minimum of 3 years’ good experience fee earning in Private Client work
- be experienced and self-sufficient in managing your own caseload
- have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new software
- have experience of using a case-management system
- be able to integrate easily into our existing team and be a ‘team player’
- take pride in your work and provide outstanding client care
- be flexible with a ‘hands-on’ approach, and the willingness and ability to adapt to the needs of the business
- have the necessary skill set to grow and develop the department
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. We also offer a generous holiday entitlement. The position is full-time. Flexible working will be considered after probationary period.
