What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in large volume hospitality, whether that's stadiums, events or the local pub!
- A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality.
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy services.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support the wider venue.
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event times.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable bar service in a high-energy rooftop environment.
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine to brand and spec.
- Engaging with guests to create great experiences and keep the atmosphere buzzing.
- Working efficiently during high-volume services, parties, and special events.
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar at all times.
- Following all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Supporting the wider team to keep service running smoothly.
- Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and pride to every shift.
