Branches Outpatient (A Program of Arbour Hospital) is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Coordinator for the Partial Hospitalization Program. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hour per week position at Branches Outpatient located at 157 Green Street in Jamaica Plain, MA.

Responsibilities
- Greet each patient entering the program, complete screenings, admission paperwork and daily Columbia Risk Assessment Screenings.
- Manage all program referral logs.
- Review and enter admission information into MS4.
- Create, maintain, edit, and distribute census information.
- Assist in milieu management.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Analyze and compile statistical reports monthly, and as requested.
- Coordinate intake appointments for prospective clients.
- Coordinate new patient information with billing office.
- Consult with referring clinician to initiate clinical intake and is responsible for the completion of all referring documentation and all forms that comprise the intake documentation.
- Orient new patients to the various aspects of the program including group schedules, location of groups, protocols for parking, meals and messages. Familiarize new patients with clinical coordinators and advocate roles.
- Conduct pre‑certifications and continuous stay reviews for all managed care cases and report and document this according to hospital policy and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, education, sociology, or related field would be great.
- Preferred: 3–5 years clinical experience in milieu treatment.
- Preferred: case management work / experience working with youth.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
