We support young people with complex needs, including learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural needs, trauma histories and experiences that may have shaped how they see themselves, others and the world around them. Our work is not about simply managing behaviour. It is about understanding what sits behind it, building trust, creating safety and helping young people believe that change is possible.

We are now recruiting Children’s Residential Support Workers to join our specialist solo and dual-occupancy homes. This is a role for people who can show up with patience, resilience and purpose. The work can be challenging, but it can also be incredibly meaningful. You will be part of a team that helps young people feel seen, heard, safe and supported.

About the role: As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in their day-to-day lives, helping to create a safe, nurturing and structured home environment. You will support routines, activities, emotional regulation, independence skills, positive relationships, safeguarding and professional recording. This is not a role where you can sit back and simply observe. Our young people need adults who are present, calm, reliable and willing to keep showing up.
