You will lead shifts, guide staff, and stay actively involved on the floor, ensuring a safe, structured and therapeutic environment.
You will work with the Registered House Manager to oversee daily operations, care planning and relationships with social workers, CAMHS and families, while promoting the RESET care model throughout the home.
