Arbour Healthcare Group in Wales is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to help create a safe, nurturing home environment for young people with complex needs.

You will provide high-quality, person-centred care, support routines, activities and emotional wellbeing, and work within safeguarding procedures.

This full-time role features a 4 on/4 off rota, opportunities to progress, ongoing training and a supportive team, with meals provided on shift.
