Salary: Grade: NJC 23 – 28, £35,570 - £40,444 (actual pro rata amount £30,629- £34,826) + SNA allowance, £813.00 per year.

Arbour Academy is a small, nurturing provision for up to 70 learners whoare unable to access mainstream education due to social, emotional and mentalhealth needs. As part of Kings Academy Trust, we offer a trauma-informed,therapeutic environment where relationships, pastoral care and personalisedsupport are at the heart of everything we do.
We are seeking a committed and compassionate Learning Mentor to join ourdedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuinedifference—supporting pupils through 1:1 and small group interventions, helpingthem to overcome barriers to learning, developresilience and build the confidence and life skills they need for the future.
You will work closely with staff, families and external agencies todeliver targeted interventions, promote attendance and engagement, and supportpupils’ academic, social and emotional development. A calm, flexible andnurturing approach is essential, along with a strong commitment to safeguardingand inclusion.
