You’ll provide practical, emotional and behavioural support to young people in our care, ensuring they feel safe, valued and empowered.

  • Building positive, professional relationships
  • Supporting daily routines (cooking, cleaning, home tasks)
  • Keeping accurate records and contributing to care plans
  • Supporting young people in meetings with professionals
  • Working collaboratively with the team

About You:

  • Compassionate, patient and resilient
  • Able to maintain boundaries and confidentiality
  • Confident in challenging behaviour positively
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or willing to work towards)
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
  • Experience in children’s care (desirable)

Shift Info:

  • Full Time Position
  • 24 hour shift (10am-10am) ÂŁ278 per shift
  • 3rd person shift (7.30am-10.30pm) ÂŁ227.50 per shift
  • 2 on 3 off rota
  • ÂŁ13.50ph | ÂŁ62 sleep rate
