Arborvitae Care Services seeks an experienced Registered Manager to lead Ofsted registered children’s homes for youths with emotional and behavioural needs.
You will drive outstanding care, lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance and oversee safeguarding plans.
You’ll require extensive knowledge of Children’s Act, Ofsted Regulations, and MH & DOLS considerations, plus strong leadership and recruitment skills to sustain Outstanding or Good ratings.
