Arborvitae Care Services, based in Manchester, seeks an experienced Manager to lead our Ofsted Registered Children’s homes for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
You’ll help deliver outstanding care, lead staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
Extensive knowledge of the Children’s Act, Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted Regulations (REG 40, 44 & 45) is required, with a proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
