Arborvitae Care Services is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading our 2 & 4 bed children's homes. You will help deliver high-quality care, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role requires extensive knowledge of Children’s Act, Ofsted Regulations, and safeguarding practices, with a commitment to the welfare of children and to safeguarding at all times. DBS checks and right to work in the UK are required.
