About the Role

Arborvitae Care Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted Registered Children’s homes for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. You’ll help deliver outstanding care, lead staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will be required to have extensive knowledge of the following legislation: Children’s Act, Children’s homes Regulations, Ofsted Regulations (REG 40, 44 45).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff, ensuring they are supported and trained to an excellent standard to provide high-quality care and support to the children and young people living in the residential children's home.
  • Engaging with children, setting examples and building excellent rapport to enable independence.
  • Supporting with recruitment, ensuring safer recruitment processes are followed to a high standard.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
