The Role We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading our 2 4 bed children’s homes.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll help deliver outstanding care, lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the day-to-day management of the home.
You will be required to have extensive knowledge of the following legislation: Children’s Act, Children’s Homes Regulations, OFSTED Regulations (REG 40, 44 45).
Key Responsibilities As Deputy Manager, assist all staff in day-to-day home management, providing leadership, identifying training needs and opportunities for professional growth.
Implement and adhere to all relevant legislation for Children’s Homes (Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Care Standards and the SCCIF), driving continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and education with the team.
