Residential Support Worker / Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leaders
Location: Multiple Locations around the North West
Shifts: 24hr (10am-10am), 15hr (7:30am-10:30pm) & 9hr waking nights (10:30pm-07:30am)
Contracts: Full Time (2 on 3 off shift pattern), Bank (Flexible working) or 0-hours (perm)

- Handling tough moments calmly and confidently
- Working as part of a solid team that’s got your back
- Multi agency working – social workers, CAMHS, LAC nurses

The essentials/desirables:
- Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (or willing to work towards it)
- Willing to complete an enhanced DBS
- A full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
Extra credit if you’ve got:
- Experience working with young people or residential care experience
- Knowledge of the sector
