We pride ourselves on fostering a strong, loyal workforce and promoting a small company culture at a giant scale.\n \nJob Overview: • Carry out reactive and planned preventive maintenance on plant, equipment, buildings and services. • Maintain records in line with site policies and HSE standards. • Develop, implement and document planned preventive maintenance schedules. • A time-served engineering apprenticeship or recognized equivalent qualifications. • Multi-skilled engineering experience, preferably with an electrical bias, and experience gained in a high-speed, continuous-process industrial environment. • Knowledge and experience of operating a planned preventive maintenance programme. • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. • Experience of lean manufacturing systems and their implementation. • Take a proactive approach to maintenance tasks and work constructively with colleagues. • n \nWhat We Are Looking For: Qualifications: Time-served engineering apprenticeship or equivalent recognized qualifications. Experience: • Multi-skilled with an electrical bias preferred. • Experience in high-speed, continuous industrial environments. • Experience in woodworking environments is advantageous. Skills: • Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook). • Experience with lean manufacturing systems.
