About the role
We are looking for a process driven and diligent Process Adoption Lead to join our Partnerships team and help us work directly with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts to drive successful adoption of our workflow solutions. The remit and focus of the role is to guide educational institutions through their digital transformation journey, helping them implement and optimize their operational processes using Habitude and the Arbor management suite of products. It\’s a broad and exciting role, so we\’re looking for someone up for a challenge – if you\’re a collaborative and communicative person, this is the role for you.

Core responsibilities

  • Strategic Implementation
    • Lead discovery sessions with schools and Trusts to understand their current processes and operational needs
    • Develop tailored implementation plans aligned with each institution\’s goals and capabilities
    • Deliver workshops to build and amend workflows to a point of deployment
    • Create and maintain process templates for various workflow scenarios
    • Guide customers in effectively utilizing both Habitude and the integrations it can manage
  • Training & Support
    • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for different user groups
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the adoption journey
    • Create user guides and documentation for common processes
    • Develop resources that showcase the integration between Habitude, Arbor MIS and the management suite of products
  • Community Building & Knowledge Sharing
    • Identify and showcase exemplary workflow implementations across the customer base
    • Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and best practice sharing among users
    • Create and maintain active engagement in the Habitude and Arbor workflow user community
    • Organize and lead community events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
    • Document and share success stories and case studies
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from senior leadership to administrative staff
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive workflow adoption
    • Regular reporting on implementation progress and success metrics
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Gather and analyze feedback to improve implementation strategies
    • Identify common challenges and develop solutions to enhance the adoption process
    • Share best practices and insights with the wider team
    • Collaborate with product teams to provide user feedback and feature suggestions

Requirements

About you

Essential

  • Considerable experience in process improvement, change management, or similar role
  • Demonstrated understanding of UK education sector, particularly schools and MAT operations
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience implementing software solutions
  • Excellent process mapping and analysis skills
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in community building and facilitating knowledge sharing
  • Proficiency in using workflow tools and management information systems

Desirable

  • Experience working within a school or Multi-Academy Trust
  • Project management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of workflow automation platforms
  • Experience in creating training materials and delivering training sessions
  • Background in education technology or SaaS implementation
