About the role
As our Brand and Content Manager, you’ll be the engine behind the day-to-day content pipeline and brand channels for Arbor and the wider Arbor School Management Suite. Working closely with product marketing, demand generation and commercial teams, you will turn complex customer insights and internal expertise into clear, compelling stories that build brand trust and drive demand.
Core responsibilities
- Produce draft-to-publish content across our brands, including blogs, case studies, gated content, white papers, emails and social posts.
- Act as an expert writer and editor, translating customer interviews and internal knowledge into authoritative, credible copy.
- Support flagship content initiatives for Arbor and help establish equivalent campaigns across other suite brands.
- Repurpose long-form assets into engaging, short-form formats across multiple marketing channels.
- Partner with Demand Gen on gating strategy, launch sequencing and nurture campaigns to hit termly content lead and pipeline targets.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to map product messaging directly to key buyer personas.
- Create on-brand visual assets using Canva and AI tools.
- Own day-to-day web publishing across the Arbor suite websites, managing blog posts, landing page updates, and cross-business content requests.
- Run organic LinkedIn posting and engagement for our brands, while supporting key internal voices across the business.
- Execute group SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AEO) workflows, tracking organic visibility and AI-referral growth.
- Seed content within the Arbor Community platform to deepen engagement with our user base.
- Protect and champion Arbor brand guidelines, keeping our asset libraries updated and flagging off-brand work.
- Support the delivery of print and event collateral, including supplier coordination.
- Track and report on gated content leads, webinar attendance, asset downloads, web sessions and AI-driven referrals.
- Embed AI-assisted workflows into your daily routine to compress production timelines and raise overall output quality.
- Oversee freelancer and agency support, managing briefs and maintaining strict quality control.
Requirements
- A strong writer who produces clear, engaging long- and short-form content with high editorial standards (SaaS or EdTech experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience operating a CMS, managing organic LinkedIn and applying core SEO/AEO principles.
- Proven track record of creating content tied directly to lead generation, gating strategies and nurture journeys.
- Active user of AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to work faster, scale output and build reusable team workflows.
- Comfortable reading sales funnels, content performance metrics and building reports in HubSpot.
- A keen eye for visual detail and strict alignment with brand guidelines with experience briefing design teams effectively.
- Able to balance multiple concurrent campaigns, channel operations and ad-hoc business requests.
- Understanding of complex buying cycles, multi-persona landscapes and how brand equity drives trust.
- Experience with Canva, Claude, Gemini, GA4 and HubSpot.
