  • Run the commercial team's operating rhythm.
  • Own the scheduling and logistics of recurring meetings—including leadership team meetings, all-hands, team off-sites, monthly business reviews, and 1:1s.
  • Prepare agendas, circulate pre-reads, take clear notes, and follow up on actions to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Maintain a shared view of upcoming commercial team milestones, events, and key dates to help drive project work.
  • Support the CCO day-to-day.
  • Manage the CCO's commercial-related diary, prioritising time on what matters most.
  • Prepare meeting packs, briefings, and short summaries ahead of internal and external meetings, ensuring sensitive data is handled securely and appropriately.
  • Coordinate the CCO’s input into Key Group executive meetings and board reviews, and arrange domestic travel and expense reports for the Commercial SLT.
  • Keep the team informed and connected.
