We are offering a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, with overtime pay and 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
Full PPE and climbing equipment is provided where needed.

- Preferred Skills
- CLIMBER POSITION
- At least 3 years proven climbing and industry experience.
- The ability to work independently, with the drive and energy to motivate the working team.
- Good arboricultural knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
- Proven ability and experience to undertake all necessary arboricultural operations unsupervised.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- CS30/31/38/39 required (CS41 preferred).
- Full Clean UK driving licence.
- GROUNDSMAN POSITION
- At least 2 years proven experience within the industry preferred, with industry related qualifications.
- The ability to work well within a team and can be relied upon to undertake necessary arboricultural operations unsupervised.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills, positive attitude, self‑motivated and with high attention to detail.
- Honesty and reliability.
- CS30/CS31 required.
- Valid Clean UK driving licence and experience of towing.
CSCS card preferred but willing to put through training / exam for the right person.
Salary can be negotiated £30k – £45k pro rata, subject to experience and skillset.
Sub‑contractor roles and permanent roles (after a trial period of 3‑6 months).
