Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally.
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities. We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it. We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable. We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to join the Business Development team at Aave Labs, sitting at the intersection of engineering and business development. This role is critical to helping partners successfully integrate with and build on top of Aave’s infrastructure – translating commercial opportunities into clear, scalable technical solutions.
You will work across Product, Engineering, and Business Development to develop, package, and document solutions built around Aave's earn and borrow products. This is a hands-on role focused on building reference architectures, prototypes, and integration materials that enable partners to adopt Aave's infrastructure quickly and confidently, ensuring Business Development has the technical assets they need to present clear, scalable solutions to partners.
How you can make an impact:
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product during pre-sales engagements to architect and present tailored integration solutions.
- Develop and package solution materials around Aave's earn and borrow products that help partners visualise how Aave fits into their existing stack and broader product strategy.
- Equip Business Development with the technical assets, documentation, and prototypes needed to present solutions to partners effectively.
- Design and document reference architectures, SDK templates, and integration patterns that reduce friction and accelerate partner adoption.
- Build and test proofs of concept, demos, and example integrations that showcase best practices and unlock partner momentum.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during integration, ensuring smooth launches and strong post-deployment performance.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product to relay partner needs, surface technical insights, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Keep internal stakeholders aligned on timelines, dependencies, and progress across multiple concurrent partner integrations.
Let’s connect if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in solutions architecture, partner engineering, or blockchain development, ideally within Fintech, Crypto, or Web3.
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand and read Solidity, Typescript, and Rust (hands-on coding experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to translate business goals and partner requirements into clear, scalable technical designs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort managing multiple partner integrations simultaneously, operating autonomously, and maintaining momentum across projects.
- A strong curiosity for DeFi and a genuine enthusiasm for how open financial infrastructure is evolving.
