We are looking for an exceptional executive assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a critical role where you will provide high‑touch assistance ensuring the CEO can devote their full attention to achieving the company's mission. The ideal candidate is proactive, even‑tempered, trustworthy, highly organized, and thrives in a tech‑remote environment.

  • Successful in supporting C‑level executives in a high‑growth environment.
  • Highly responsive, able to address urgent matters, ensuring the CEO’s schedule runs smoothly.
  • Operate with a high level of security and confidentiality.
  • Have a proactive approach to task execution and excel at anticipating future needs, including personal needs of the CEO to ensure they can operate at their best in all aspects of life.
  • Take an active role in shaping information and organizational dynamics.
  • Have a keen eye for efficiency and process improvement.
  • Have a proven track record of working with late‑stage technology startups or established public technology companies.
  • Demonstrate clear, direct and empathetic communication skills, along with sharp listening abilities.
  • Display self‑directed initiative in achieving outstanding work outcomes; actively look for ways to add value beyond your defined remit and are energized by solving problems before they arise.
  • Based in North America (EST) or the United Kingdom.

What you’ve done:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience providing high‑touch, concierge‑like support to a C‑suite executive.
  • Managed intricate and time‑sensitive scheduling demands efficiently and proactively, prioritising conflicting requirements.
  • Organised detailed travel arrangements, itineraries and agendas.
  • Collaborated on and coordinated projects and event planning activities, including off‑site meetings and employee retreats.
  • Managed a high volume of emails, flagging important messages and coordinating calls and meetings as necessary.
  • Drafted and prepared confidential correspondence on behalf of C‑suite executives.
  • Proficiently handled expense reports.
