We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Sales to lead our efforts in the UK market. This is a high-impact role for a motivated sales leader who is passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and developing high-performing teams within the Travel Agency market (TMC and leisure agencies). If you\’re a hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales, a passion for the travel industry, and a deep understanding of the UK market, we’d love to hear from you. Drive Growth: Lead the acquisition of new travel agencies, overseeing the full sales process from initial outreach and product demonstrations to driving adoption and customer success. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the UK market, including setting and managing budgets and revenue targets. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Industry Representation: Represent Arbitrip at key industry events and trade fairs, showcasing our platform as the top choice for travel professionals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global teams across Sales, Product, R&D, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing to align efforts and drive growth. Client Relationship Management: Performance Management: Take ownership of sales targets, monitor pipeline activity, and maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for both yourself and your team. Proven experience as a Sales Director , Revenue Director , or Sales Team Leader within the travel industry (B2B). Demonstrated success in selling and implementing technology solutions to travel agencies (TMC and leisure agencies). Familiarity with hotel booking platforms and other travel tech solutions is highly advantageous . Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about travel technology with the ability to work independently in a structured, disciplined manner Attractive base salary complemented by a highly rewarding commission structure.
