Für den Seniorenwohnpark in Barby suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine
Pflegefachkraft als Dauernachwache in der Kurzzeitpflege (m/w/d)
in Vollzeit
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflegen gem. Qualitätsrichtlinien
- Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und der Pflegeprozesse
- Fachgerechte Durchführung der Pflegedokumentation auf Grundlage des Strukturmodells
- Beratung und Begleitung der Bewohner*innen
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als examinierter Altenpfleger*in bzw. Pflegefachkraft oder
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als examinierter Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in
- strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verlässlichkeit
- konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im multidisziplinären Team
