ARB Commercial is entering an exciting growth phase, and we are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager with a strong hunter mindset to help grow our presence across Western Australia and South Australia. This is a growth-focused role responsible for building pipeline, opening new doors, converting opportunities and expanding ARB’s presence across fleet, dealership, government, utilities, mining, corporate and fleet management channels.

You will manage and grow a strategic portfolio of commercial accounts, but this is not a caretaker account management role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable prospecting, identifying decision-makers, creating opportunities and converting them into long-term commercial customers. Reporting to the Head of ARB Commercial, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders across sales, stores, product, fitment and operations to deliver commercial outcomes and strengthen ARB’s position in the fleet and commercial market.

Interstate travel is required, with an expectation of 3 - 5 days per month spent in the alternate state, to build and maintain strong customer relationships, along with additional travel as required. You will play a key role in delivering commercial outcomes, achieving business targets, and maintaining the high standard of customer service ARB is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and execute a territory growth plan across WA and SA, identifying priority verticals, target accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Proactively prospect and open new commercial opportunities across fleet, dealership, government, utilities, mining, corporate and FMO channels.
  • Convert opportunities into trading customers by understanding vehicle use cases, fleet requirements and ARB Commercial solutions.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic commercial accounts, with a focus on increasing share of wallet and long-term customer value.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, with accurate forecasting and CRM (HubSpot) management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for multi-region customers, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support national sales initiatives to drive performance and market expansion.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, with a strong track record of driving growth and winning new business.
  • Strong relationship builder with a proactive, hunter mindset, confident in engaging and influencing key decision-makers at head office and national levels.
  • Highly organised, with solid pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Experienced in managing complex, multi-state or national customer portfolios within fleet, automotive, or commercial sectors.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel regularly to build relationships and grow your network.
