The Role You will complete a range of repairs, maintenance work and property improvements across residential properties. Projects may range from kitchen and bathroom installations to flooring and skirting replacement, ceiling and wall replacements, tiling, decoration and structural repairs. Your responsibilities will include: Completing general property repairs and maintenance Installing kitchens and bathrooms Undertaking work across several different trades Diagnosing problems and identifying practical solutions Completing every job safely, efficiently and professionally Treating customers and their properties with care and respect Managing materials, equipment and your daily workload Communicating effectively with customers and the office team About You Araya Services are looking for tradesman who take pride in their work, arrive on time and can be relied upon to complete each job properly and to the customers complete satisfaction. You must have the ability to problem solve, use your working day efficiently and have a can do attitude.
