We’re a fast-growing UGC creator agency on a mission to help digitally native brands scale with authentic, creator-led content. Through our SaaS-enabled marketplace, we connect beauty, wellness, lifestyle and DTC brands with professional creators to deliver a consistent stream of high-quality UGC every month. Alongside ARAY, we run AfterHours, a growing education and community platform for creators, designed to help them build sustainable careers in UGC.
We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Executive to play a key role in managing creator relationships, driving campaign delivery, and supporting the growth of both ARAY and AfterHours. If you’re deeply tapped into internet culture, commercially savvy, and excited by creators, community and content you’ll thrive here.
What you’ll do:
- Support creator recruitment, onboarding, and vetting
- Act as a key point of contact for creators during campaigns
- Ensure creators understand briefs, timelines and deliverables
- Provide constructive feedback to creators to improve content quality
- Help identify high‑performing creators for repeat work
- Shortlisting creators per project, helping to build custom lists
- Brief creators alongside the wider creator team
- Manage timelines, submissions and revisions
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and performance objectives
- Flag potential issues early and propose solutions
- Help shape creative direction for campaigns where relevant
Community & relationships:
- Build genuine relationships with creators in our network
- Support AfterHours community engagement where relevant
- Help organise and support virtual or IRL creator events when applicable
- Support internal content initiatives for ARAY and AfterHours when needed
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone proactive, organised, and passionate about creators and the creator economy. You should be comfortable managing end to end delivery from shortlisting creators to final assets – moving quickly, and contributing ideas.
Experience (must‑have):
- 2–3+ years experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent management. MUST have handled end to end campaign management.
- Strong understanding of UGC and creator‑led content
- Experience working with creators and managing relationships
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and short‑form content trends
- Experience working in an agency, platform, or brand with an influencer focus
- Basic editing skills (e.g. CapCut)
Nice to have:
- Experience using creator marketplaces or influencer platforms
- Experience supporting or running creator communities
- Experience working with beauty, wellness, lifestyle or DTC brands
You should be:
