We are looking for an individual with experience within social care to deliver high-quality housing and support services for tenants within the association's over 55s housing schemes. Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, you will play a vital part in fostering a positive culture, driving continuous improvement and supporting innovation and efficiency to help achieve Arawak Walton's strategic goals.
You will ensure the provision of high-quality services, effective risk management, and full compliance with health and safety requirements while overseeing repairs and planned works to ensure they are completed to a high standard.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Support Services: Deliver support services to tenants, carrying out risk assessments and support plans with tenants and complete daily check-ins.
- Tenant Involvement & Social Activities: Promote communication by involving tenants in decisions about the running of schemes. Facilitate events which promote tenant interaction.
- Scheme Management: Be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities and services, liaising with tenants about repairs and contractor access and report repairs.
- Safeguarding responsibilities: Be alert to and recognise welfare issues and signs of abuse.
