We are looking for an individual with experience within social care to deliver high-quality housing and support services for tenants within the associations over 55s housing schemes.

Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, you will play a vital part in fostering a positive culture, driving continuousimprovementand supporting innovation and efficiency to help achieve Arawak Waltons strategic goals

You will ensure the provision of high-quality services, effective risk management, and full compliance with health and safety requirements; while overseeing repairs and planned works to ensure they are completed to a high standard.

In this role, you willbe responsible for:

Support Services -Deliver support services to tenants, carrying out risk assessments and support plans with tenants and complete daily check-ins

Tenant Involvement & Social Activities-Promote communication by involving tenants in decisions about the running ofschemes. Facilitate events which promote tenant interaction.

Scheme Management -Be responsible forthe day-to-day management of facilities and services, liaisingwith tenants about repairs and contractor access and report repairs

Safeguarding responsibilities -Be alert to andrecognisewelfare issuesandsigns of abuse.
