ARAUCO is seeking a Reliability Manager for our Malvern, AR site to oversee plant reliability initiatives and cost-focused maintenance. You will drive predictive maintenance, build equipment history profiles, and manage vibration, thermography, oil analysis, and NDT programs.
Collaboration with Maintenance leads and cross-functional teams is essential. You will direct PM/shutdown planning, coach technicians, and participate in budgeting and supplier relations to optimize reliability priorities
