The Boutique Manager role drives retail sales by the overall management of the Mayfair boutique through unique and personalised experience delivered at Aranyani.
Responsibilities
- A. In Store
- P&L responsibility for the boutique.
- Implement and adhere to the brand guidelines in store.
- Develop and drive sales strategies to achieve sales target.
- Implement, maintain and continuously improve operational efficiencies in store to contain costs and enhance customer experience.
- B. Recruitment, Staff Training & Motivation
- Recruit, lead, and coach your team.
- Train and develop your team through an ongoing training programme.
- Motivate team to enhance their performance and reduce turnover.
- C. Merchandise, Inventory and Purchase Planning
- Prepare a merchandise requirement plan to achieve the given sales targets.
- Monitor and report on weekly sell throughs.
- Create purchase and replenishment orders in a timely manner to the atelier, to achieve the target sales.
- Plan and execute research and gain customer feedback for product development and requirements.
- D. Neighbourhood/Customer Relationship Building & Retention
- Drive growth and development of the Boutique within the area building strong and trusting relationships driving footfall to the store.
- Build and manage relationships with our VIP clients.
- Develop relationships and work with personal shoppers/stylists/hotels to grow sales.
- E. Support Roles: Support and work with the Marketing and Business Development Manager to deliver exceptional clientelling events.
- F. Compliance: Compliance with regulatory rules and guidelines. Understanding of core principles and competency of Aranyani. Alignment with line managers thought process and expectation. Building credibility with internal teams across key functions. Understanding Products, customers & market. Understand and own performance metrics, sales revenue, number of partnership deals.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / post-graduate in business management.
- Experience: 8+ years with minimum 3 years in P&L management of Boutique Stores. Sector: Luxury products / services in UK market. Experience in the luxury market with a retail management background.
- A target driven individual that thrives on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Passionate about training, developing and motivating others to success.
- Be a confident leader, leading from the front.

- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering high profile events.
