Manchester, M2 (hybrid position)
- Full time, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
- Permanent position

The Role
As a Recruitment and HR Advisor, you\’ll play a key role in supporting the HR function across the organisation. You\’ll manage recruitment campaigns, support onboarding, and provide HR advice to staff and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Create engaging job adverts and source candidates across multiple platforms
- Conduct daily candidate screening and organise interviews
- Manage onboarding administration and maintain HR systems and spreadsheets
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers
- Support managers with employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance cases
- Assist with pay, benefits, and performance processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and wellbeing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Analyse HR data and identify trends to improve efficiency
