This role is part of Transforming Support, an organisation dedicated to empowering adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and neurodiverse conditions. You will help people live independent, fulfilling lives.

Key Details

  • Full‑time days and nights, with available bank positions and 12‑hour shifts.
  • Pay: ÂŁ12.21 – ÂŁ12.55 per hour.

The Role

As an Independent Living Support Worker you will provide meaningful support that fosters independence and helps individuals lead enriched lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person‑centred support in daily activities (e.g., cooking, cleaning, managing finances).
  • Facilitate access to community services and employment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families.

  • Administer medication and ensure accurate, compliant record‑keeping.
