The Role
As an Independent Living Support Worker you will provide meaningful support that fosters independence and helps individuals lead enriched lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred support in daily activities (e.g., cooking, cleaning, managing finances).
- Facilitate access to community services and employment opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families.
