This pivotal role involves managing a high-performing team responsible for delivering investment programmes and sustainability initiatives across our property portfolio. A key focus will be ensuring the effective collection and use of asset data to enable informed decision-making and drive innovative approaches to property management. Strong leadership will be essential in engaging residents, improving the efficiency of homes, and delivering complex investment and regeneration projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

If you are committed to leading a busy team in a fast-paced environment by ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and enjoy working with customers and contractors, this role could be the perfect fit for you. The role requires travel between different sites, making a driving licence and access to a vehicle or effective use of public transport essential.
