The Technical Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality, regulatory compliance and audit performance of retrofit works delivered by the company. This role provides leadership across PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 compliance, installation standards, quality assurance processes and accreditation management, ensuring works are delivered right-first-time and in line with industry regulations, certification body requirements and client specifications.
The role will work closely with Operations, Retrofit Coordination, Contracts Management and Supply Chain teams to ensure installation quality is maintained across all workstreams. The Technical Quality Manager will lead technical inspections outcomes, quality audits, compliance reviews and root-cause analysis of any failures, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and continuous improvement is embedded across the business.
