The Senior Capacity Planning Manager is responsible for ensuring the company has the operational capacity required to deliver current and future programme volumes across its operating regions. The role will lead forward resource planning and capacity forecasting, working closely with operational leadership and supply chain teams to ensure sufficient installation capability exists across the companies delivery network.
The position will monitor workforce utilisation across both direct delivery teams and subcontract supply chains, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and efficiently. The role will also identify skills shortages, training requirements and capability gaps, supporting the development of training programmes and workforce development initiatives to strengthen operational capacity.
Working closely with the Senior Supply Chain Manager, Head of Field Delivery, Design & Coordination teams and senior leadership, the Senior Capacity Planning Manager will ensure that Aran maintains a scalable and resilient delivery capability.
