The Field Health & Safety Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring health and safety standards are consistently implemented across Aran’s operational delivery. The role is primarily site-based, working closely with operational teams, supervisors and subcontractors to monitor safe working practices and promote a strong safety culture across all installations. The coordinator will conduct site inspections, safety observations and compliance checks, ensuring field teams are operating in accordance with company procedures, legal requirements and client safety expectations.

A key element of the role is engaging directly with installers and site supervisors to deliver toolbox talks, training sessions and safety briefings, helping to continuously improve health and safety awareness across the workforce. The role works closely with the Technical Quality Manager, Contracts Managers and operational leadership to identify risks, resolve safety concerns and support continuous improvement.
