Job Role
The Head of Field Delivery is responsible for the overall leadership, governance and performance of Aran's national installation and site delivery operations. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across all field delivery activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The role oversees the full field delivery structure including Senior Contracts Managers, Contracts Managers, Supervisors and site-based teams, ensuring the organisation has the competence, capability and systems required to deliver complex retrofit programmes at scale. The Head of Field Delivery will be responsible for ensuring that operational delivery aligns with PAS standards, TrustMark requirements, client specifications and relevant legislation including the Building Safety Act where applicable. This role plays a key leadership position within the senior management team and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in installation quality, health and safety performance, field team competence and operational efficiency.
