Summary

Salary: £24,642.80 - £25,498.20 (weekend bonus included) dependent on experience and qualifications. Fulltime - 35 hrs per week, each shift is 10pm - 8am, every other weekend off. A bonus payment of £1,500 will be payable to new care staff (Support Worker grade only) who join us with a relevant qualification (t's & c's apply). 20 nights holiday, good pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and paid training.

We would like night support workers to join our ever growing team here at Aran Hall School. We provide 52 week residential care with education to children and young people with a range of learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

You will need to ensure that each young person is supported and cared for throughout the night in accordance with the highest professional standards and follow our policies and procedures. You will join a team of experienced professionals and attend regular training sessions to ensure you have up to date knowledge to enable you to provide the highest quality of care.

Previous experience is beneficial, but not essential as we are able to offer the training and support required; we provide a full induction. The role can be challenging but it's always incredibly rewarding.
