Implement the day-to-day express operations procedures and policies to ensure smooth flow of operations in terms of receiving/processing of packages, on-time delivery and system updating.

Responsibilities:

  • Completing custom transit entries on Impatex for express bags.
  • Completing custom high-value export entries on Impatex.
  • Using InfoAxs for creating consoles.
  • Preparing the courier MAWB and ensuring all documents are correct before shipments leave, without missing any flights.
  • Liaising with ground operators to resolve any issues when lodging the bags.
  • Performing other duties as assigned from time to time, subject to adequate experience and/or training.

Requirements – Experience and Education:

  • High School, Junior college or Diploma.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • 1 year of experience in a related field.
