- Make outbound calls to confirm and qualify leads against agreed criteria.
- Ensure lead information is accurate, complete, and updated within the CRM system.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales team or channel.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally to support lead conversion.
- Lead Generation
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with Marketing to identify target customer profiles and support lead nurturing activities.

- Job Requirements - Experience and Education
Education
