Purpose of the Job
This role involves coordinating shipments, optimizing logistics processes, and managing relationships with carriers and vendors. The Senior Freight Operations Supervisor ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, monitors performance metrics, and resolves operational issues to maintain high service quality by leading and mentoring the operations team.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in freight operations or logistics management.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding and transportation regulations.
- Proven experience managing carrier relationships and negotiations.
- Familiarity with logistics management software and warehouse management systems.
- Experience with budget management and cost optimization in freight operations.
- Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of customs processes and international shipping practices.
