Role Overview We seek a Senior Corporate Strategy Advisor to join our Strategic Performance & Investment Planning Department within Corporate Strategy. This department develops corporate strategy, supports strategic decision-making, and communicates strategy across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as a Corporate Advisor providing strategic insights to senior management and the CEO. Develop and update the company\’s corporate strategy in collaboration with internal experts and business units. Generate strategic options supported by thorough analysis and present them to executive management. Conduct research, special studies, and analyses for corporate planning and committees. Coordinate with various departments to develop strategic analyses. Build key relationships across the organization to promote proactive strategic thinking. Collaborate with SMEs and professionals across the organization. Candidate Profile Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields; postgraduate degree preferred. At least 15 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in corporate strategy or planning, with a background in oil & gas or energy sectors, preferably in major companies or consulting. Strong experience in strategy development, scenario planning, and working in international and multinational environments. Proven ability to present to executive and board levels and influence strategic decisions.
